Vision:
The vision of the Economics department is to develop a world class leading department of socio-scientific Education in this rural belt to cater to the national and international demand. The department will also be a center of excellence in research and education for the generation of innovative knowledge and best practices in the field of Economics.
Mission:
- To develop economic thinking ability among students.
- To disseminate basic knowledge of Statistics among the students.
- To conduct seminar, quiz, group discussion, workshop etc. for the students.
Objective:
- Development of analytical thinking skill.
- Build strong foundation for Macroeconomics and Microeconomics.
- To prepare the students ready for the job market and self employment.
