Vision
The vision of Geography Department is to create an ecosystem of academic achievement, sustainable development, and effective student resource management. The vision is to teach the students geography and its applied aspects manually and digitally with morality and nobility removing all barriers to comprehensive education of good quality to facilitate knowledge taker better.
The Department continuously works to energize the students to achieve the proper knowledge of physio cultural relationship and its implementation. The faculty members of the Department believe in sharing of geographical knowledge and establish the facts through laboratory experiment and field verification and do their best in formal education and research in the field of Geography.
Mission
- Shifting from conventional curriculum to more dynamic and student-friendly system of curricular choices in response to overall academic needs.
- Evolving suitable strategies for sustaining quality in teaching-learning, research and extension activities, students’ support and progression and infrastructural and learning resources.

Objectives
To benefit the students with quality education in the field of Geography with strengthening of fundamental knowledge through the blending of theoretical and practical learning method adopting modern techniques that develops the ability to solve contemporary environmental and socio-economic issues through constructive approach and real-world application.
