Message from Deputy HOD
Dear Faculty, Staff, and Students,
I hope this message finds you well. As we move forward into this term, I wanted to share some updates and reminders regarding the activities and goals of the Zoology Department:
- Academic Schedule: Please ensure that all course outlines, lecture schedules, and practical timetables are finalized and communicated to the students as well as HoI.
- Research Projects: Faculty members are encouraged to submit their research progress reports by. Additionally, grant proposals for upcoming projects should be finalized and submitted to the department office for review.
- Student Support: We are introducing new mentorship initiatives for undergraduate and postgraduate (NSOU)students. Faculty members who wish to participate are requested to sign up.
- Seminars and Events: The department is hosting several seminars and workshops. Please encourage students to attend and participate actively. Faculty members interested in presenting their work at future seminars are welcome to share their topics of interest.
- Facility Updates: We are upgrading the laboratory equipment and library resources to better support you’re teaching and research needs. If there are specific requests or suggestions, kindly share them with the departmental office.
- Recognition: Congratulations to (team of all my students) for their outstanding achievement in অন্বেষণ 2025! We are proud of their contributions to the field of Zoology.
